I’m signed in but when I attempt to play, it sends me to a page telling me I need to either register or sign in. I try to sign in and it throws me to the home poage where it shows I’m already signed in. Not sure what to do now..

You know, it would be better if you stated that wikipedia is the official determination of wether a person is considered a usable. This grey area of ‘we will decide’ stops me from entering.

      1. No, it wouldn’t be better. Anyone with a keyboard can enter a Wikipedia article.
      2. I’m sorry that it’s keeping you from entering, but you must understand that it is a CELEBRITY dead pool. Not a “notable persons dead pool” or “newsworthy persons dead pool”. Celebrity. This is the ONLY way to determine. Not the BEST. The ONLY.

Hey – I’ve done my sharing of drinking, etc. so am not surprised that I don’t remember if I paid for my stiffs choices (there are two lists). Can you tell me if I’m paid up and ready to roll?!

Also, what does “pending bla bla” mean? I have a couple of fabulous lists, but it looks like you are reviewing some names to see if they qualify for being “famous.” Any feedback is appreciated! …just don’t recommend I quit drinking. It makes the game more meaningful, you know?! Thanks!

I am not sure that Allen Klein, Sky Saxon, Jim Carroll, for example, would qualify as “celebrities” or “famous” but are in fact “notable.” Am I missing something?

The Invitational starts January 1, deadline is December 31. Don’t feel bad – you’re only two months late. The 3 bagger and others run throughout the year though.

Waa, waa, waa…I’d play if it weren’t for the “we decide who’s famous”. Why can’t you just go by the People magazine archives? Why can’t you just go with an aggregation of those who have appeared on The Tonight Show, The 700 Club, and Battle of the Network Stars?

    I love this site.
