So far, the only downside to The Atwater that we've found is that there's just one a year. Every January, after the deadline has passed, we start getting e-mails saying "How the hell do I enter?" That's why The Lee Jr. was created. It's a 6-month game for Poolsters who can't wait 'til next year, and it's exactly the same as our annual contest, only it's different. |
All the same rules apply, EXCEPT
- the game lasts 6 months (not a year)
- it costs $7 to play (instead of $15)
- First Prize is $1000.00 (less than in The Big Game, but still way more than most other Dead Pools out there)
We start a new one every few months, and if we're not taking entries now, we will be soon. Meanwhile, gaze upon the standings and stuff for the current game, or check out what happened in the last one (see below). Or not. |
